Rates

Twinkle Toes™ Nanny Agency charges absolutely NO FEES up front. Unlike other nanny agencies, Twinkle Toes™ never charges a placement fee, an application fee, or a membership fee. You only pay for the time that you use our services. In addition, you are not responsible for paying the nanny's payroll taxes as you would be if you paid the nanny directly.

Hourly rates start as follows and vary depending on your need:

Nanny Services

Full-time (40 or more hours per week)

1 Child – rates starting at $22/hour *

2+ Children – add $2.00 per hour, per child, for each additional child

*As of February 21, 2023- Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency now charges a $250 deposit for all recruitment positions. This is for any positions over 20 hours a week with a consistent nanny. This deposit/fee is non-refundable, however is applied towards the families first invoice for nanny services. *

Part-time (Less than 40 hours per week):

Rates start at $25.00/hour *

2+ Children – add $2.00 per hour, per child, for each additional child

Babysitting

Babysitting/ Vacation:

Babysitting rates (under 20 hours weekly)- $25 an hour for 1 child

Vacation babysitting (vacation/hotel/air bnb/resort/out of town sitting)- $30 an hour for 1 child and additional $2 an hour for additional children.

There is a 4 hour minimum for all services. Holidays and special event dates are subject to hourly rates of time and a half. 

If a babysitting request is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the rate includes a $5 per hour surcharge ( for example, Hotel request within 24 hours is $35 per hour).

* Please note, this rate does not apply to nanny-shares. This rate also does not apply to multiples. Your local Twinkle Toes representative will determine your hourly rate based on your family's specific needs.
