Hi, I’m Timon Wang: husband, dad of three, and the owner of Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency here in San Antonio. I love my family more than anything, but after our third child was born, my wife faced tough health issues—and we suddenly found ourselves scrambling to find reliable help (and realizing just how hard that can be when you need someone you can trust).
That season is why I’m so passionate about supporting families today. We’re here to make childcare feel simple, safe, and personal—so you can take a breath, stop carrying it all alone, and actually enjoy time together as a couple (whether that’s a real date night, a quiet dinner, or just a few hours to reset).
As Managing Director and the operational heart of Twinkle Toes San Antonio, I work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly while bringing genuine care and attention to every family and nanny I support. I oversee our nanny network and thoughtfully guide the matching process, taking time to understand each family’s unique needs so every placement feels intentional and personal.
I believe childcare is deeply relational. My goal is to be a calm, steady presence for both families and nannies — someone who remembers the details, follows up with care, and makes sure no one ever feels overlooked. When families work with us, I want them to feel supported, heard, and confident every step of the way.
My passion for childcare extends far beyond my professional role. I previously volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), representing the best interests of children in foster care, and have worked with elementary and middle school students in public schools in both administrative and substitute teaching roles. With a strong background in leadership and operations, I blend organization with compassion, ensuring every family is treated with the respect, empathy, and thoughtful attention they deserve.
