Hello, I'm Kristy and I am the founder of Twinkle Toes™ Nanny Agency, and the owner of the Gainesville and Tampa, Florida locations. I was born and raised in North Central Florida and love my hometown (and the Gators!). A graduate of the University of Florida, it was during my college years that I became a nanny and came to appreciate the value of having a dedicated child care provider, full-time in the home. I remained a nanny for over ten years, and later, when the need arose to find childcare for my own small children, Twinkle Toes was born!
With a background as a college nanny and an understanding that our stay in Gainesville would be temporary. I sought to continue my rewarding carer in childcare. The quest brought me to Kristy and Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency.
For a year, I nurtured four young girls under the age of five, realizing the immense potential of the Twinkle Toes brand. Eager to share its magic with the world, I approached Kristy with the idea of expanding to Tampa. With her support, we launched our third location in November 2014, eventually, growing to become the largest of 22 locations.
As the business flourished, I recognized the need for continuity and embraced the opportunity to transition into franchise operations.
My journey with Twinkle Toes has been a testament to the power of growth, both in managing a successful business and in supporting fellow entrepreneurs on their path to financial independence and flexibility. Through this endeavor, I've had the privilege of pioneering innovative approaches in the childcare sector and setting new industry standards.
My mission continues to be about empowering families to find balance between their personal and professional lives, all while ensuring their little ones receive the finest care available.
As I look into the future, I'm excited to keep forging new ground in entrepreneurial landscape and inspire others to embark on their own journey to success all while making sure our families and nannies are in good hands.
