Twinkle Toes™ Nanny Agency charges absolutely NO FEES up front. Unlike other nanny agencies, Twinkle Toes™ never charges a placement fee, an application fee, or a membership fee. You only pay for the time that you use our services. In addition, you are not responsible for paying the nanny's payroll taxes as you would be if you paid the nanny directly.
Each additional child: add $2.00 per hour
Bilingual Nanny - (fluent): add $1 per hour to the base rate if teaching Spanish
Behavioral Therapist Nanny: add $2 per hour to the base rate if skills requested
Teaching Certification Nanny w/experience: add $2 per hour to the base rate if homeschooling
Career Premium Nannies with 10+yr experience will have higher rates when available, but you will be made aware upfront and have alternate options available

* Please note our minimum shift length is always 3 hours in order to best support our nannies.

Part Time Support (between 15-25 hours)
Rates are $26.00/hr for 1 child. 2+ children – add $2.00 per hour, for each additional child.
Babysitting (less than 15 hours per week)
Rates are $30.00/hr for 1 child. 2+ children – add $2.00 per hour, for each additional child.
Vacation babysitting (vacation/hotel/Airbnb/resort/out of town sitting) Rates are $30.00/hr for 1 child. 2+ children – add $2.00 per hour, for each additional child.
If a babysitting request is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the rate includes a $3.00 per hour surcharge (for example, a hotel sitting request within 24 hours is $33.00 per hour).
*Please note, this rate does not apply to nanny-shares. This rate also does not apply to multiples. Your local Twinkle Toes representative will determine your hourly rate based on your family's specific needs.
Transportation: Nannies are reimbursed at the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate for the year - 2026 July 1: 0.76c/mile
Miles will be tracked by the nanny when they are transporting a child, or traveling from the family home to collect a child. The daily miles are added to their timesheet and the reimbursement will be included in your weekly invoice. You do not pay for miles traveled to and from work for Nannies.
Note: appropriate child seating must be supplied by the family
Mileage will be included on invoices when the nanny drives her own vehicle to transport your child at $0.76/per mile. This excludes travel to and from the nanny's home unless otherwise noted.
A travel fee of $10.00 per trip will be charged to families who live outside of San Antonio.
Twinkle Toes Nannies are also available to travel with your family or stay with your children while you take that much-needed weekend getaway.
Standard hourly rates apply from 6am to 10pm during travel or overnight stays. In addition, a flat fee of $125.00 per night is charged for overnight stays.
